For those who wonder what training is all about and whether there is any sort of plan to it I thought I'd share our "coaches notes" to give you a broad overview of what is supposed to happening!
The warm up was an evolution of scarecrow tag, and was pleased to involve the parachute fall, and the tower of power.

Sunday was a good session overall:
Positives - "The 100" game was so successful it turned into "the 200", thankfully it ended in a draw so noone went home upset. I think if we replay it in future weeks, we will add points for players "going forward" from receiving the ball, and even extra points for running on to the ball!
Negatives - the rain! After the weekends we have had recently the rain was a rude awakening the kids started to think "what am I doing outside in the rain!".
Now we're using Pitchero, please mark availability down for training and matches so we can plan accordingly.
One more week of training, then we will be travelling to Mansfield for our first game of the season!
