Panthers U9s v Dronfield
A good morning of running rugby and I expect a few tired kids this afternoon.
Well done to all who played today, I saw lots of good stuff, running forwards, support, pressure and smiles.
Big respect to Thomas M who volunteered to play for the opposition - a great sign of sportsmanship .
Dronfield has similar numbers to Panthers and so we were able to play out on 2 pitches, 5 v 5.
Each team played each other once and we finished with the widest and longest Bulldog game to date.
No injuries, that I can recall (?) so a real bonus!
Next week we are training at home, 9.30 start and we'll be finished by 11. We have Lottie's older brother, Ben, who plays for the U15s helping us over the next few months as he is volunteering as part of his Duke of Edinburgh award - say "hi" to him next Sunday!
Let's hope Sarah is in one piece and not off to join a half marathon next weekend ;)
