This season has seen a steady growth of interest in women and girls' rugby and along with player numbers building, we now have a full coaching team set to strengthen our offering across all the age groups. Chesterfield, along with Sheffield Swans, Dronfield and Matlock Rugby Clubs are working together as the North Derbyshire Girls' Rugby Cluster and together we currently have around 50 players over all ages.

This Thursday, we came together for a summer social as some prepare to take a short summer break over the holiday period, but there will be further Summer training sessions through out July/August. If there are any potential players out there from Year 7 through to Senior ladies, or if you know anyone who might like to give the sport a try, get in touch through the website and let's keep growing the sport in our area.
