Registration will take place in the clubhouse – please ensure a representative from your
squad comes to sign in the team(s) you have with you on the day.

Information we will need for each age group:

• Club name
• Number of teams entering that age group
• Any photo restrictions within the teams
• Confirmation that GMS information for players is available if required (please ensure
you have with you on the day, a copy of GMS registrations for all players)
• Confirmation that you have a ref available for each team group
Coloured wristbands will be available for any player with NO photo permissions and will be
available at registration.
If you are running late and won’t make registration by 9.30am, please contact Ben Perrin on 07739 199269, so we know you are still attending the festival.
