England Rugby recently announced that they will be "introducing a major upgrade to how they support coaches, match officials, and volunteers" via their new platform England Rugby Learning platform.

The new platform will community clubs to complete training, access resources, and keep their knowledge and skills up to date, whilst identifying essential and recommended training courses for all community rugby roles.
