Try Jordan Grayson Conversion Adam Pedley Penalty Adam Pedley Man of the match Richard keeling

The panthers made the long trip over to Boston to try and pick up there first league win of the season, with several injuries and also several players unable to make the 2hrs plus journey due to work commitments this was going to be no easy task!!
The game started with both defences coming out on top most of the rugby being played in centre field but with a strong cross wind at there back panthers started to create a few chances this eventually resulting in a converted penalty for pedders.
The game again was dominated by defence Boston eventually forcing a penalty of there own, strong winds dropping the conversion just short.

Half time Boston 0 - 3 panthers

Chesterfield knew boston would use the wind in the 2nd half and may regret not taking more advantage of it themselves!!
This was proven throughout the half with an impressive range of kicks from Boston fly half , field position eventually resulting in a converted penalty, this trend continued panthers havingto dig deep in defence as well as maintain discipline to prevent further penalties.
The breakthrough eventually came from a combined spell of pressure from both backs and forewards Boston having to concede several penalties with the wind making kicks extremely difficult scrum half Jordan Grayson took a quick tap avoiding several tackles to score under the posts pedders slotting the extra 2 points
Despite continued efforts from boston this was to be the final points of the game.
