This was a good hard fought game in which the score-line does not reflect by half time it was 13-6 to the home side with 2 penalty kicks from iain taylor, but then in the 3rd quarter of the game chesterfield had 3 players injured and all of them were admitted to hospital and 2 more players
out injured on the touch-line, had chesterfield on the back foot and ashfield to advantage of the situation to run in 3 more tries, but credit due to chesterfield they never gave in and came close to score twice themselves but just the final passes on both occasions fell short, an all round good display from the panthers well done everyone, and well done to the referee.
