Mini’s Matlock Festival
• KO is around 10:30 .
The Festival begins to wind down from 2:00 pm and we need to be off site by 5:00 pm.
• You have to validate the age and register all the players in your squad at the Clubhouse before you play
• Fixture lists are only issued on the day at the Coach’s briefing before the Festival begins
Entrance Fees: the festival entrance fee for all adults (over 18) is £3. There is no free admission to coaches/ team managers/physiotherapists/referees. Please be respectful to our volunteer staff on the gate – all the money goes back into supporting our junior section. For teenagers (13-17 years) the entry fee is just £1. We only accept cash on the gate
Car parking is provided on the surrounding meadow only and not in the Clubhouse grounds
• If you need disabled parking please let us know as early as possible and we will arrange for it.
• Coach parking is in the Clubhouse grounds
