14 or over? Want a FUN way to keep fit & make new friends? Join in with our Touch Rugby sessions (with no tackles!) on Friday evenings.
Touch is a non-contact version of rugby and promotes fun, fitness and friendship. It’s easy to learn, easy to play and a great way to get fit and stay fit whilst having fun at the same time.
The sessions are open male and female players of all abilities, from current players to players slightly past their prime, those who haven’t played the full game yet to those who may never wish to do so.
We mix-up sides so that people with no, or limited, experience can still enjoy the game and the opportunity to improve their skills. We have acres of room at Dunston so will split up into as many games as numbers allow.
